I want to take a moment and publicly thank all of you who replied to the feedback conversation, even just to say all is well. The info provided gives us a clear understanding of where we need to focus (pretty clear number one is classified section improvements!). I haven't had a chance to begin replying as I'm still reviewing the responses, but I'm going to try to get back to each of you individually.
