Had a 300RUM case get stuck last night. Arrggghhhh!
Having been down that road a few times before, here's how I handle it:
Tools: dent puller, #7 drill, 10-32UNF Tap, 10-32 x 1" screw
1) Back out the decapper rod.
2) Drill out the flash hole & tap.
3) Remove sheet metal screw from dent puller collar & replace with 10-32 machine screw.
4) Screw assembly into flash hole

5) mount die in a hole where you can get leverage for the ram. Here I'm using a drill press stage.

6) screw it all together and go to work.
Finished.

This one was stuck so bad, the 10-32 stripped all the brass threads and came out on the first whack. I retapped it to 1/4-20 without redrilling the hole so I had 100% thread depth. Did it all over again, and it took 3 hard whacks to get the sucker out. Loaded 50 rounds today.... :D
