Manufacturer,no idea.It isnt marked with any manufacturer info,and I bought it 2nd hand,not new.Although it IS new in package..
I'm guessing original diameter,or else it wouldnt say this-

" WARNING: PRIOR APPROVAL & LICENSING MUST BE RECEIVED FROM THE BUREAU OF ATF BEFORE ANY ATTEMPT TO MANUFACTURE THIS KIT''
