I want a spotting scope for shooting on the 100 yard range. Is there anything I should be certain to avoid buying?

Just about all the cheap scopes are made in China so I am happy I bought mine long ago and it is Burris.

Spend the extra , get one that is effective at 250 + yards - you won't be sorry .
