Thought I would share as I spent today making a new batch for rotation.
Not my recipe but a good start. I tweaked this a bit mostly to use other products than listed. However quantities are primarily the same.

This mixture is roughly all your needed nutrients, carbs, proteins, and fats.
I mix up 2, 5 gallon food safe buckets each time. I have been rotating one into consumption as I also use this as a meal additive, much like a protein shake, for additional calories. Tgis has been adding 1, 5 gallon bucket to my storage each time.
My main reason for making it is SHTF, or disaster reasons. You can survive off one of these shakes a day for about 2-3 months with one 5 gallon bucket.
My cheats:
Buy at costco.
I buy costco's multivitamin and powderize it in a food processor.
I also buy costco's whey protein in chocolate as it definitely tastes better.
Everything else can be bought at a common grocery store.
This mix is a bit gritty, but it works.
I also pack it in premeasured bags when hiking or hunting. It makes for an easy meal when hiking camping.
This is a basic soylent mix. You can make this to your own. If you want more potassium. You can add that. Etc.
Enjoy!
