Social bigotry alive and well in San Francisco...

"...That famous “City by the Bay” where Tony Bennett left his heart has closed its collective mind to the lone gun store in town. According to the San Francisco Chronicle’s Phil Bronstein, a coalition of organizations wants the city to deny a permit to High Bridge Arms, a shop on Mission Street..."

    All together now:

"I left my heart, in San Francisco

I left my liver in L.A.

I left my spleen in San Jose
    My lungs in Crescent Bay

And you'll find the rest of me
    Out by the Salton Sea

Not bad, eh.. I see a Grammy out there with my name on it.

Ironic that people that boast about their tolerance and acceptance of others turn out to be some of the most intolerant and hateful people.

They're completely tolerant. As long as you conform to their world-view.

Sure they want equal rights for gays but want to stamp out the right to defend yourself and to own a weapon to do so for everyone?

Another reason I'd never have anything to do with that hellhole of a city.

You know what? If they don't want gun stores in The City, fine. That's revenue that they'll not receive. Plenty of gun stores all over the rest of the Bay Area.
