A 2 to 1 trade for small rifle primers would be a good deal for somebody who has small rifle primers to trade. If you were local to me, I would take you up on that.

What are you using the small rifle primers in?

The Remington 6 1/2 should not be used for .223

The pressures are too high and can pierce the primers leading to gas back into your face and erosion of the bolt face and firing pin.

I repeat the advice: Don't go for hot loads, go for the lower end.
