One of the coolest bosses I had was of Scottish descent. He would bring all of us a can of pineapple juice, a danish and a candy bar every day! He loved his Scottish Ale. Nice old guy , Mr. Grant was.

Last weekend.

Still miss it. Need to make more.

A couple weekends ago I did this rack of ribs.



Then a few before that was this little guy. Elk and venison meatloaf wrapped in bacon. Smoked of coarse.

Well i can't do pics but my neighbor gave me some pasta sauce his friend made...hot for most... and I cooked bought fresh pasta and heated up the grouse breasts from yesterday
Had I not made something like this ,I wouldn't have visited this thread
