Judge dismisses case against the Kentucky dad who blasted the UAV out of the sky that was spying over his sunbathing daughters. The judge ruled that he had a right to shoot down the UAV as witnesses reported it flying below tree top level. The judge ruled this was harassment and justified downing the craft.

DA is pissed and says he will take it to a grand jury. I hope the voters remember this come election time - the DA is more concerned with the right of a perv to fly a camera over their property than the rights of everyone else not to have their privacy violated.
