Is it legal for Oregon residents to sell our personal hi-capacity magazines private party to other Oregon residents 21+ years old. Or does this need to be done at an FFL? Thanks for your help.

Yes. And they don't need to be 21+.



If the M114 trial coming up goes south, that will be a different story. But currently, there are no restrictions at all on magazine ownership, sale or purchase

I would buy now if you want >10 round capacity for any gun you have now or think you may have in the future (if you are ok with buying a new gun under the OR registry/permit system that is coming I mean).
