Well the original shooting was over a property dispute, but says the cops shot someone else too?

Yeah the cops showed up and saw a man with a gun and shot him in the leg. That is all they will say. Probably one of those idiots who brings a rifle strapped to his back at a open carry event

The person the cops attempted to blow away was the same dude who called in the attacker's car location to 911!

From that article it sounds like the citizen shot at officers after he was hit?
It sounds like maybe the police snuck up on him and maybe fired before annoucing themselves?

Officers need body cameras. And Dont designate trying to escape a threat.

If Im an innocent bystander and if your goal is to shoot someone as soon as you arrive on scene so you can get your justice boner, Im going to try and escape. Trying to avoid taking a bullet is not resisting arrest.

One good thing came from this and that is
the crook killed himself so the tax payer does not have to support him
