This says 11-2pm. Also there is info on NWFA saying there is the Rally for Constitutional Government 9-noon on the same day. Can anyone clear up the difference? I plan to attend

As far as I can tell it was changed to 11-2 so more people from farther locations have the opportunity to make it.
