yes you need a regular hunting license. Good for coyotes and other varmint. I think I paid $29 or so this year.

You need a license to hunt pretty much anything in Oregon on property you don't own (gubmnt wants its cut of anything fun) and $100 seems pretty steep for doing farmers a favor.

Only immediate family. Pretty tough to enforce though.

How much is it for an out of state license and are they good for a year or so many days like out of state fishing license?

Non Resident Annual hunting license is $140.50 for all of 2010.
