Thunder Ranch posted a link to this video earlier today. It seems like a well done informational video. If I still worked in a large box store or office building, I think I would suggest to my boss that they have employees watch this.

I am not linking this video to get into a debate about whether or not to carry a gun at work. That's a personal choice we all have to make. Obviously improvised weapons would not be needed if one was armed. But that's not always possible.
