I found Mike to be extremely accommodating and considerate, prompt in his correspondence, and quick to solve any issue. There are a lot of great firearms businesses and vendors who do everything satisfactorily in the end, but Mike went beyond that. Whenever i shop for gun things from now on, ROG Tactical will be where i look first.
