You should e-mail Botach a link to this forum, perhaps when they see that other folks are watching them handle this mistake poorly they'll decide to complete your order

I have probably spent $40K at Botach online and at their L.A. office ( Like a little slice of Tel Aviv in the South Central hood. Bunch of heavily armed Yarmulke wearing dudes. ) over the last 20 years . Only issue I ever had was when they posted Colt 10.5" SBR's for $700 and I bought one online and they refused to send it to my dealer because I was not LEO. Got the money back and they changed the ad to "agency only" afterwards. Other than that they always did me solid.

I've ordered from them 3 times. Always just called to make sure items were in stock. Shopping was fast. Never had a problem, but have read about problems from other people.

I've dealt with BOTACH throughout the years and let me tell you- it's been just as wild.

Sometimes I get the best deal and shipped quickly with great service.
Sometimes I don't get anything I paid for and assume it is "lost in the mail".
Sometimes I get the wrong part.

Because of this, I will only use BOTACH as a very last resort and will never recommend them to anyone, again.
