Republicans prepare contempt citation against Eric Holder
Why? Because you won't see any Democrats going after him. Not one.
Vote Democrat, you liberal gun enthusiasts!

Right back at you

I hate the damn stereotype that all Democrats are anti-gun. There are anti-gun democrats, but not all democrats are anti-gun.
Each political party has its pet peeves. Ron Paul hates the 16th amendment. He claims to defend the constitution, except for the 16th amendment that is IN the constitution because it involves taxation. We all cherry pick what we like and don't like about this country, I just happen to like everything in the constitution, not just the 2nd and 10th amendment that Republicans only care at all about.
I really wish the news story hadn't been named like that, it shouldn't be just a Republican thing! But the news media (if they report it at all) keeps making it out that the Fast & Furious is politically motivated by the Repubs. Please keep it focused guys. The thread is about the potential contempt charges on Holder because of the Fast and Furious investigation.
Please don't let this thread devolve into a Republican vs. Democrat or Progressive vs. Conservative thread.
Thanks.

Well honestly, when was the last time that anybody could remember a Republican introducing ANY kind of gun law? Everytime you see a new gun law it is always brought to the table by the Democrats. I am neither Dem or Repub. Here is how I vote. The single most important issue for me when voting IS my 2nd amendment rights. Without the 2nd amendment, the constitution means absolutely nothing. The 2nd amendment IS the back bone of the constitution. You take the 2nd amendment away and everything else in that document means zilch. There are some thing I do not agree with on the Republican side, but the Republicans are not trying to take my guns. If the person is Libertarian it does not matter. If a certain candidate is for my 2nd amendment rights, they have my vote. That means more to me than anything else.
