Removing the Tap from Tap Rack Malfunction Clearing

In class last week the instructor brought up leaving the "tap" out of the sequence.

In talking with Mike Glover himself, the TAP has been abandoned quite awhile ago due to changes in manipulation procedure which pretty much eliminates the need for it...but as always...go with what you know.
