A while back there was a thread regarding this, some of the ideas that came up were boosting a WiFi signal out there with Ubiquiti hardware and giving you two way communication. Doing this would keep it from running through the cell towers.

Maybe also easier to do it that route and have multiple cheaper cameras vs one more expensive camera. net would probably be the same cost though. Just more options later on and giving you more flexibility.
