I was reading this email I got from Oregon Firearms Federation and for allot of us that have did a record expungement we have been on delay or got denied does this mean they will not denied us people that have done a record expungement? here is the link to the article....

It happened to me. I was trying to move an inheritance of three tax stamped items into my gun trust and was denied for no apparent reason, other then OSP saying it was something to do with the FBI not clearing me, even though I've never been denied before.
I gave up and sold all three to a machine gun broker in Missouri.

Well I was denied today for trying to purchase a hand gun for my charges still showing. I had a set aside over a year ago and was just approved for my CHL.
