    Most likely the cop was aiming center of mass and missed LOL.

    Now the "hands up, don't shoot" cop bashers and other societal hemorrhoids are going to expect EVERY cop to do the same thing every time a cop has to shoot.:rolleyes:

    Well if the LEO had of been a NYC cop his shot no doubt would have bounced off a couple of civilians first or a truck had it have been an LA county officer.
    I say it was a lucky shot rather than skill.
