More likely the scope base is twisted messing up the alignment of the two rings, or, the action itself is twisted up and doing the same thing. Why ruin the rings to bandaid over other messed up parts? :confused::confused:

Ok. Vortex lapped my Burris PEPR at their factory, and the tech told me they do it quite often to even high end rings and mounts. But what do they know? :rolleyes:
