Question regarding FFL pick up from another FFL after background check has been started?

I watched them check where I was in the queue.

Also, if anybody has pointers on where I can read about the rules and regulations for FFLs in Oregon to understand my situation better, I'd use it. PM if you don't want to clog up the thread, it might be off-topic. Found this but it's a bit much right off the bat.

Yikes what a mess! I got 2 guns with a local FFL that will flat out not do the 3 day release and I get it as to why won't do it. Nope, I don't like it one bit. I am approaching the 30 day too, fingers crossed.
