Legislative action needs to happen for any hope of making these executive orders more permanent and less volatile to political manipulation.

Going to take a lot more of electing the right people into the right positions than what we have currently. As it stands, there is 53-47 majority in Senate on the R side; still not a filibuster proof majority (and we still have the Senate Committee on Finance that's going to be a challenge for any tax related bill including repealing NFA); House with a
218-215 R Majority, and 2 vacancies? Very slim majority, one that could easily flip in two years.

Seems the DOJ is moving forward, and sending letters to lawyers involved in the various civil cases relating to ATF rules enacted under Biden; asking to delay or consider staying their cases while DOJ reassesses their previous positions... This may be a major victory. Or it may be much ado about nothing.

Customs and Border Protection. Seized 40 grips and 22 buttstocks last month. My 18th order without any previous issues from the same outfit in the Czech Republic.
