Legislative action needs to happen for any hope of making these executive orders more permanent and less volatile to political manipulation.
Going to take a lot more of electing the right people into the right positions than what we have currently. As it stands, there is 53-47 majority in Senate on the R side; still not a filibuster proof majority (and we still have the Senate Committee on Finance that's going to be a challenge for any tax related bill including repealing NFA); House with a
218-215 R Majority, and 2 vacancies? Very slim majority, one that could easily flip in two years.
