Terrorist attack v. mass shooting reactions differ

Following Monday’s bombings at the Boston Marathon that left three dead and at least 140 wounded, President Barack Obama told a stunned nation, “We still do not know who did this or why. And people shouldn’t jump to conclusions before we have all the facts.”

"and, people shouldn't jump to conclusions before we have all the fact", well this statement to me is very offending. Why, because in the case of the sandyhook school shooting, almost immediately, we, the shooting public were branded as less than human, maniacs,menially deranged, non caring, dangerous, gun hording ''gun nuts''. And, it continues on like that to this day.
