Private FTF sales at the Canby Show ?

As the clock ticks....I was wondering if private FTF transfers are still allowed at the Canby show...or has it been "Multnomahfied " also .

Private sales are not legal at Oregon gunshows without doing a background check. This became law a long time ago when they closed to gunshow loophole.

There iis also risk in doing a private transfer within a certain distance from a gunshow as well. I don't recall the exact distance, but Im sure someone here will know.

No its a statewide law, has been for quite sometime.

Don't do it, and don't be suckered into doing it, either. With the recent "bend over and like it" background check legislation I guarantee there will be stings of all sorts of FTF sales.
