This one's a beauty. Mid-year 1955 M1 Garand with the original barrel and I believe the bolt is too. USGI stock with the DOD stamp and a circle P on the grip. This should be an excellent shooter! It was made when early National Match Garands we're being produced and based on the stampings on the barrel I think it was a candidate to be a NM but wasn't selected. The barrel is stamped with a "T" for targeted and has two "P" proof marks (see photo). SOLD
