Yeah it was the standard barrel, with that hideous thumb safety, and in the completely worthless 40cal. I should have bought the one from gun broker while I had the chance, but I have never purchased over the internet before. Oh well, the search goes on.

Gentlemen:

What we are seeing here is "the crowd mind" in action. Recently, I have witnessed greed in gun shops like I have never seen before! I visited a few in the last couple of weeks in the hopes of finding a nice Winchester 1200/1300 Defender (wood, not black plastic), with the seven round mag tube. Not finding any, I looked on line and found several, at a hugely inflated prices. I mean, $800.00 for a 1200 Defender? Give me a break. Of course nobody bought it either. Sorry to ramble, I just don't like that mentality.
