Heavens no, Multnomah County will be our "sanctuary County" They can have all the illegal immigrants, and welfare recipients they want, this should make them very happy since they voted to "invite California's overflow" to Oregon, and it benefits both Multnomah County, the welfare crowd and immigrants, because these poor people can't afford to live there now, and the voters from Multnomah County will now have a "real" chance to mingle, and see how their votes affect the rest of Oregon...

He was very specific...illegal immigrants and welfare recipients. It seems that you are the one either equating 'illegals and welfare' with 'Mexicans and blacks' or are pre-judging by saying that whites automatically equate the two. Either view is just a little bit prejudice itself, no?

Regarding secession: half the country voted to leave the Union in 1861 and we all see where that went. If they couldn't do it then, they couldn't do it now until the Federal Government itself collapses. Considering our fiscal policy over the last 40 years, that's probably not too far off anyway.

I forgot that the Oregon Ducks, and the OSU Beavers (and EVERY OTHER SPORTS TEAM) in the state are all white, no blacks allowed.
There are no blacks or Mexicans on their football, basketball, track,...
That Oregon's National Guard/ANG units, from Klamath Falls to PDX are all-white,...
That every student in EVERY school and/or college/university in Oregon is lily-white.
That Oregon is a segregationist state,...
