I like that one, but are there provisions to keep them from cheating to win the case with that much motivation not to lose no matter what they have to do or whether the person was justified or not. They seem to be motivated enough to do that anyway. If they know they have to pay their ego's would explode and I have a hunch they will increase their fabrications on prosecutions.
Anything to stop that possibility?
The whole idea is great though.
