Send it back. Think resale value. We all think "this is the gun my great grandchildren will inherit" but down the road you may want to sell it.

My bad experience: I won an auction but the seller forgot to set a reserve price. He refused to sell it at the winning price. I tried to negotiate a middle ground but ended up giving him bad review. You should too if they refuse to exchange it
