OR CCW Question "Is a boat an ATV?"

I am taking my boat out for the first time in the morning, and wanted to know if a boat is consider an ATV? I will as always be carrying and would hate to get in trouble for something stupid. I realize a boat is not an ATV, but as far as the law is concerned I couldn't find an answer. I will be on a lake in Oregon, not the Ocean.

NO. A boat is a water borne vessel, not an all terrain vehicle.

I've been "pulled over" by the Coast Guard while carrying. It was not an issue.

I dont have the link but if you look on here I believe that OR changed the law and CCW is now legal on ATV so it would be a non issue.
