One CHL for all states?

Hi all, I was watching KPTV new this morning and on the bottem of the "Ticker" it had mention that in "Congerass" their tring to pass a "Nation" wide for CHL for all states, and waiting on "Senate"; been trying find more info on it but cant', or was I "Deaming"(then did'nt have my first cup of "Joe" eather)/ Any esle see it?

For pointing this out.
It would be nice to see Article IV, Section 1 of the United States Constitution,
applied on the issue of Concealed Handgun Licenses.

I think it would be even nicer to see the 2A of the Constitution applied to the issue of concealed handguns (without licenses required).

States are doing just fine with this subject
