There used to be a record store in downtown Portland on I think, 8th, same block as the IHoP. They had a commercial they used to play during late night wrestling and the early early Saturday Night Live episodes. I have been trying to find it out there on Youtube or something, but cannot find a copy. Anyone remember this? Know where I can find a copy?
Nicely dressed Woman: (rushes into store with handful of records, gives them to clerk) I have to stop him! I have to get to Denver.
Hippie: You got Boston?
Woman: (looking disgustedly at hippie and yelling at him) No, not Boston... Denver!
Woman: (calming down looking back at clerk) I have to fly to Denver, chat with Chaz, come home, cook the scampi. Sooo boring, but Ted is bringing clients home, I have to play the housewife you know. I'd charge it on our Diners card, but a ticket to Denver?
