Follow the money trail from his campaign. Do you think The banks and corporations give money to Obama because they are just super nice people who are in the habit of giving free money away?

The puppet master thing is kind of dumb. Look at the tons of money spent to get Romney and other conservative candidates elected this past election. When you really think about it there was very little bang for the buck for the would've been puppet masters on that side of the ledger.

So long as Citizens United continues to be the law of the land and there are no term limits politicians of every stripe and persuasion are going to have puppet masters.

That's the problem, almost every politician owes someone. Corruption is running rampant and most people act like it's the norm. Our political system was meant to be controlled by the people, but the people stopped caring. I guess I really don't even blame our leaders, most people who know they can get away with wrongdoings wouldn't even blink an eye, they would just do it. My solution is that the people take their power back and TELL the state representatives what to do. I know it will never happen though and until it does our politicians go unchecked. I just hope for a day that people realize it's not the lefts or the rights fault, it's every bodies.

The Pres also can't pick which laws he wants to enforce or not enforce, but Obwan has done just that. He also can't choose which parts of appropriation bills he will allow to be funded, but Obwan has done just that. ?
Where in the constitution does it say that?

The oath says "Support and defend the Constitution of the Untied States" There's a Hell of a lot of wiggle room there. As it was meant to be. The legislative branch doesn't dictate to the Executive, or vice-versa.

Separation of powers is what we are all about. Muck about with that and we are DONE as a Democratic Republic.

Well, 'Misterbill,' that appears to be the point Deen_ad is making. It's NOT constitutional, but the present administration doesn't seem to get that. Other administrations have probably done the same thing, but the other day the DoJ decided it was not going to enforce marijuana laws in WA or CO, even though it is still illegal under federal statute to buy, sell or smoke dope.

Thanks for bringing that up misterbill, and the declaration that "we are DONE as a Democratic Republic."!!
"Separation of powers" have been the most ignored and abused issue with the obama admin, and dems in general.
Starting with the fact that all spending and appropriation bills must originate in the House of Representatives.

Since the Senate has refused to pass a budget for the last 4 years, and despite the House refusing to fund various obama programs, he continue to spend like a drunken sailor.
Then there's the issue of the "czars" he has appointed to oversee various programs. No Senate approval, no accountability to the people or the other branches of government.
Then there's the obamacare bill that had to be passed "to find out what is in it" during the disastrous 2 years when the dems held all three houses.

Just another dictatorial, fascist view of his powers over the people, and the government representatives WE have elected.

If he doesn't get what he wants in a gun-control bill, he'll just issue orders through the ATF via the DOJ and get his restrictions that way.
What will it be? NFA classifications for currently non-NFA weapons? Additional taxes on guns and ammo?
Time will tell, but I'll guaran-damn-tee we aren't going to like it.

Obama won't do anything his masters don't tell him to do. Ask Burt. It's true.

he said^, so i said.

Really? Gonna talk about a black man having masters??? Real classy

Wow...you must've needed a running start to make that leap.

Ya, calling someone a racist with absolutely no reason seems to be all the rage these days.

if i were to have used more words then yes, i didnt say he was a racist. but he mostlikely could have used better words.

maybe poor wording Lush but i heard Clinton and Bush referred to as puppets and their "masters" also.... Really doubt that comment had anything to do with slavery... just has to do with another potus being a puppet

Actually, you are factually incorrect. EVERY year, the house has voted for a budget. It just wasn't Obma's budget. It was a spending bill, or a debt seling increase, etc. OBAMA hasn't done anything alone in this instance. CONGRESS voted the money. Find me the source that says otherwise that isn't some wacko like Alex Jones.

NFA? that's an act of congress. Even if he really wanted to (declaring AWs "destructive devices") only congress can amend or change NFA. If they fail to do their constitutional duty, even though there is a GOP majority and even the Senate, (regardless of party) doesn't like to give up power, how does that make Obama Doctor Evil and the guys you voted into congress are hunkey dorey?

Taxes? This is REALLY a congress-only issue. Did you fail civics 101? Or are you claiming that Obama has magic mind-control powers that affect congress? -In spite of the fact that congress has killed damn near everything he's tried to do for the last 4 years?

So what if the house passed a budget? Obama hasn't followed it like the law says he's to do. Harry Reid won't open discussions on the floor of the Senate over them.

Concerning the no budget passing:
How about politifact:
PolitiFact New Jersey | Congressman Leonard Lance claims the U.S. Senate has not passed a budget in more than three years

So, the Senate claims they have passed the "Budget Control Act" which they say is the same thing,.... Not so!
PolitiFact New Jersey | U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez says the Budget Control Act is the federal budget

3-1/2 years misterbill:
Three and a half years since the Senate passed a budget | The Daily Caller

Like I said, Constitutional law demands spending/appropriation bills must originate in the HoR, then proceed through the Senate for approval.

Like it or not, the House of Representatives writes the checks, holds the purse strings etc, and the Senate must approve them before the pres can fund his pet projects.

That isn't happening. This president is spending as he damn well pleases, with the Senate's tacit approval, when they won't pass ANY budget that might restrain him. And before you start down the "filibuster" road, try to remember that a budget resolution can't be filibustered. Look it up.
In his last attempt, the budget obama submitted to Congress didn't get a single yes vote in either house-on-the-hill. Not one.

In just one of the ways the MSM has protected this president to see him re-elected, this story ran back on October 29th, a week before the election. Not a single MSM outlet carried it, despite the FACT that it was based on a Wall Street Journal editorial:

Three and a half years since the Senate passed a budget | The Daily Caller
As of Monday, the federal government has operated without a formal budget for three and a half years.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid "last adopted a budget on April 29th, 2009," according to a Monday press release from the Senate Budget Committee's Republican staff.

"A budget requires only 51 votes to pass and yet the Majority has refused to even meet its legal obligation to draft one," said the release.

The debt has risen from $11.2 trillion to $16.2 trillion in the last three and a half years, according to their analysis.

A Wall Street Journal editorial published on October 28 called, "Harry Reid's Graveyard," targets the Senate Majority Leader for inaction since 2010.

There is no compromise in this president misterbill. He wants his own way, starting with his spending habits.
Why don't you call your bank and tell them you want to operate the same way.

Meanwhile, we'll wait here for you to share their response.

Meanwhile, here's where we're headed:

Obama doesn't need socialism legislated into effect.
He can spend his way into it.
And he's doing it with the democrat's complicity.
