NW armory shipping

I see online that they ship ammo, but require it be signed for by an adult at delivery. When I go to pay it won't let me choose a shipping option. Have the stopped shipping? Not sure it's worth 2-1/2 to 3 hours round trip and $15-$20 in gas for a $13.99 box of 9mm when you're limited to 100 rounds.

Anyone know where to get reasonably priced FMJ for plinking?

Thanks! Exactly what I was looking for.

I've seen some online retailers that still have bulk FMJ, but 50 cents plus shipping a round, dropping $500 plus shipping on 1000 rounds seems a bit much.
