This is what happens when the fat get too fat for their britches! General Atomics is one of the biggest money losses around, and is a prime example of a gov. project run amok by the gov who runs it! This should have been a private companies venture right from the start but Nope, not with the alloys intended to be used, nope, had to be a D.O.D. defence agency appointment to one of its own! Sort of like the Navy and it's exclusivity with Dhalgren, they control every step of the process within the gov offices and bean counters run the show! General Atomics never should have been put in charge of things, it should have been done by private industry with skin in the game!
