Fiancé and I had identical ballots. Both saying no to anything that increases fees or taxes on anything and not supporting any candidate that champions social justice, communism or socialism.

That is my system. My wife gets hung up on Rs being pro-life. It is sad for me, but not worth a huge battle.

ps Love the saturation of No on I-1639 signs in the Orchards and Hockinson areas.

I am good friends with ex Washington State Sentator Pam Roach. She is now on the Pierce county council. Anyway back in the 90's we built all of her campaign signs and then would go put them out. I lived at Lake Tapps back then. I would put up a sign at this one intersection and in an hour it was gone. So one day I put up a sign and then hid in the bushes with a camera. Not 15 minutes later a car comes out and stops. A guy jumps out and grabs the Pam Roach sign. I am taking pictures with an autowind as fast as I can. As he is getting in his car with the sign. I jump out on the road so he can see me with the camera. He went crazy on me. Yelling and calling me and Pam names. I got his plate on film. Then I gave all the pictures to Pam and she contacted him. Technically it is a crime to steal campaign signs.

Campaigner just came to my door and one of the main issues was 1639. After I told them I didn't support their candidate or imitative, I understood the look they gave me when I was washing my hands and looked in the mirror.

Paper is against it, Law enforcement is opposed
Not a single sign or commercial to be seen in the Vancouver area.
They had a war chest at least 10 times as big as ours but nothing to be seen for it.
I should be glad but in my thinking I know they are libtards and socialists so I know it isn't that they saw that I1639 is wrong-headed and won't stop crime so I can't conceive of them giving up on it.
Something ain't right.

My belief is they wanted it to draw as little scrutiny as possible pandering to all the uneducated voters who only read the description in the ballet. Anything more than that only would hurt them more! Hopefully we can beat this and send a message, not that that will change the continual effort to pass more legislation.

They do not campaign anywhere but the Pugeatropolis area, that's where it all matters and the votes there run the whole state.
