I got mine today. He said they had put me further in the Que line because of an error on my paperwork where he thought I used a 1 instead of a 7 for my birthday and they called him to verify. He said if they hadn't called it would've put me back in the bgc line which was at about 450.

Yesterday I bought a lower from a private party. We both had CHL's. Seemless transaction with instant approval. No idea what the QUE was at.

Another data point for the collective- was at my LGS in Salem, to pick up my order of Ramen Noodles, with a free LWRC Lower ;-) . Got an instant approval again. ;-)

However the interesting part was that they had received a TON of transfers in, boxes stacked up all over. They also said they had seen a very large uptick in online sales. Wonder if it is a combination of panic buying after the ME shooting, as well as people anticipating the upcoming 114 ruling in a few weeks. NICS queue was still fairly low, all things considered, but looks like there is definitely an uptick in sales happening. . .

I went to Sportsman's in Albany to buy a new SIG I've had my eye on for awhile, got stuck in the queue. First time ever in the stupid queue, all my previous purchases have been instant approved for over a decade. After 3 days I went to Coastal and bought the same pistol, yep, instant approval. Told Sportsman's to cancel. Seems Sportsman's did something wrong and got my BGC stuck in limbo for eternity. Oh, and OSP sucks dicks.

Another instant today, but think I'm probably done rolling the dice for a while until there's more certainty with what happens with M114.

Tell me lies, tell me sweet little lies

The correct number is always just one more

Come to think of, I've probably said "I just bought my last one" in this very thread before. Maybe I really mean it this time. Possibly.

Data point for the collective. Queue is low, dipping a low as 50 yesterday, which is very surprising to me, with 114 litigation looming probably happening in about a week or so. I am disappointed in you all for not getting that number much higher! ;-) heh. Nows the time to buy ladies and gentlemen.

Another instant approval for me, and this is probably my last purchase until whatever happens with 114 happens in a week or two. Went weird with this purchase, a retro 1990s Icon- Beretta PX4 Storm Compact! The preferred carry gun of Ernest Langdon. Have a bunch of Langdon Tactical parts coming tomorrow in the mail. A gun far ahead of its time? ;-)

I seriously wish Beretta would release a PX4A1 already.....FFS 92 got like a million variants and the APX got an A1 within a couple years.

I want a fullsize PX4A1, give it the common upgrades most would throw in but as a base package like they did for the 92X series.

I always get an instant until the shop types it in wrong. My ODL lists my road as a drive (Dr) but it is a (Rd). I always explain it to them first and show them my CHL with the correct address on it. I feel for people who get put in the line.

100% agree- sell a package with competition trigger, low profile decocker wings, and make it optic ready out of the box, and i bet they would sell a ton. These are currently sold out across the Internet in 9mm right now. The next batch wasnt supposed to arrive until 2024, but then last week a small amount of them became available, so I jumped on it. Compact 9s are all sold out again. Crazy times. What is old is new? ;-)

Not for lack of trying on my part. Made 3 purchases within the past month but since I got instants each time so I guess I didn't add to the queue.

Right now I've become hesitant anyways because I'm more likely to find what I'm after online rather than locally and at this point it's quite possible the curtain comes down before something can even arrive.
