Recently moved to Vancouver, WA and was wanting to go shooting @ some ranges in Oregon.
What are the laws regarding transport of firearms in Oregon?

Oregon is a preemptive state, but really only applies to concealed carry holders. Counties and cities around metro areas are allowed to limit non-chl peeps and in many cases, don't allow loaded magazines.
