Unless there is a union and court system backing that up, equate is not the correct term. CCL holders may have a lawyer at most on their side. The Rittenhouse experience shows that even video evidence isn't enough in the wrong district.

The best you can hope for is a clear path of defense. I don't believe law enforcement overall like sharing that space with civilians. When I was in the California Air National Guard we had several police Reserve Officers. A big part was so they could carry. What they said to me.

( maybe ? ) .. Tenn. State Gov. probably moving it the same direction Oregon does . setting up a bureaucratic agency that is in State 'control' of licensing and training . In Oregon it is DPSST .
