Just saw this on Reddit. Sig has a P322 .22 on the way.

Checks most of the boxes. Not sure about slide metal. It's sad that Taurus beat them to the idea and I would only have until July 1 to find one with uncircumcised mags… I guess I'll just have to live with my SW 41.

I used to kind of feel the same way about .22 copies of defensive centerfires, until I got a conversion kit for one of my P22x SIGs. After trying it, I found it was good for technique practice as I paid much more attention to technique, especially the trigger.
That said, I would have to wait for reviews, maybe try it and probably only as a suppressor host.
Not sure about the trigger - at least it isn't striker fired.
I already have a Browning Buckmark, and with a fixed barrel I would bet it would be more accurate. Oh wait, the 322 is a fixed barrel! why can't reviews be more complete?

If it really is going to be sub $400, I might be interested. If I could get for less than $300, it's a buy. More than $400 and I can buy a decent center-fire instead

Just when I thought I was done buying guns and SIG has to do this.
Then add in the pressure to get a 20rd mags and 25rd mags before it's too late.
Another first world problem to solve.

Looks like a winner. I'll be looking to secure mags and at least 1 of the pistols as soon as possible! Haven't owned a Sig in a really long time!
