An FFL just told me that you are fine to buy a bolt/lever/pump rifle or shotgun now, especially if you have a WA license and the address matches your current address or DOL can verify your current address. In reality he said, none of those items conflict with most state laws and he would sell to and out of state buyer as well.

Don't conceal carry it until you get a conceal carry license (or whatever they call it in WA). Which likely also means no loaded carry in a vehicle.

WA license does not cover Oregon, if you should travel down here. You may apply for a non resident Oregon after you get your WA.

Look up the laws in WA, as you would if you moved anywhere else.

Sure is/does! WA isn't heavily equipment restrictive YET, but make sure you follow transfer, storage and carry laws to the T.

Well we're the law abiding citizens that the Progressives want to punish. They realize that they have no control whatsoever over criminals so they figure it's easier to go after the citizens who actually have respect for the laws. While they're just now starting to publicly admit that they embrace socialism, they haven't yet admitted that they can't do anything about criminals except to not prosecute them. Bottom line, follow the laws or they will bend over backwards to make an example out of you.

Depending on the county or city where you live, it can be as little as a week or 10 days. Some counties it will take a month.

No, you do not need to wait 90 days. I ran into the same "90 day rule" nonsense when I moved here and ended up showing many Washington statutes to people to correct their assumptions.
