Marlin made the model 62 in 30 Carbine, but this is 30-30.

I've had several 336A's with the 24 inch barrel, but they always seemed to balance and handle differently than the carbines with the 20 inch barrel. I like the Sporting Carbines best, with the Carbines barrel length and the A's short magazine.
