This is the most stupidest thing in modern American times, we cannot even adequately find the 5 branches we all ready have, let a loan fund a 6th that would absorb the bulk of funding niggardly metted out, and we the tax payers get to foot the bill for yet more useless spending on space crap instead of, say, health care, or veteran benefits, or funding the retirements and social security we have all played into and was stolen from us!
This is a supremely arrogant grab for power, and to implicate the Air Force in this is just bad news all around!
