Reason why you don't like 22/45?

Just like the orginal. there is nothing wrong with the 22-45. I look at it like a 45 acp, it just belongs with the 1911. MK II & III's go with the original design. Besides MK III clips work in MKII's, so I only need one style of clips.

I didn't like the look of the 22-45 when they came out either. The MK series are much more appealing to the eye. The stainless Hunter with the fluted barrel is a work of art!
After shooting a 22-45 I quickly changed my mind. I'm an avid 1911 .45 shooter and the 22-45 has a very natural and familiar feel to me. Still find the bolt a little strange but I think I'd get used to it quickly.
