Need a gun club or rifle range

Need a range or would like to join a club near north east portland by the airport.Prefer one with a rifle range over 100 yds to sight in a new vx3 scope.

Both Tri County and Douglas Ridge would be at least a half hour drive. Clark Rifles may be closer to you. I think they are open to the public as well.

clark county gun club has a 100 yard range decent place too. heading there tomorrow.

Do you have to be a member to go to a gun club? Such as Tri County. Or can you just go there to shoot around a bit for a nominal fee.

I'm a member at the Portland Rifle and Pistol Club. It's in NE PDX, right off the 60th ave exit. They don't have anything for high power though. Just a couple 21 ft lanes for pistols and several lanes for 22's. It's open 24 hrs though. $100/yr

If you're in NE Portland near the airport, you might check out English Pit Shooting range out near Camas. A little bit of a drive, but fairly nice facility. Just be aware that if you're hauling a lot of gear, you have to be a Mountain Goat to get up and down the hill to the range and it can be a challenge in the rainy season.

Clark Rifles lets' non members shoot on Sunday,I think it's fifteen bucks,as I recall they go out to 300 yards on the rifle range.

English Pit is a neat little place, went there for the first time last weekend and plan to go back..
