Do you use the brine for a pickleback?
I have no idea what a 'pickleback' is - most of my brine gets used up when brineing my meat for jerky.
It's a shot of pickle juice as a chaser, usually for whiskey. It's not bad. A lot of places if you just order a pickleback without specifying, you'll get a shot of Jameson and a shot of pickle juice. Or you would a few years ago.
Man, after a life of drinking 'shots' I have never heard of this!
