Read that a clause a few times.

It does not say "for all purposes", it does not say that these "firearms" are handguns. It does not say they can be concealed with a permit.

This is a letter saying that for the purposes of bureaucracy, this is what we call this firearm when we are doing a background check. Nothing else.

No. This is a Shockwave with a pistol brace. That is perfectly legal and does not change their classification in any way anymore than it changes the classification of a pistol. It is NOT a shoulder stock and is not intended or manufactured to be used as such.

Nice shockwave @The Heretic . I set mine up with the adapter to shoot "Minis"
12 gauge. Skate board tape, sling and Crimson Trace green laser.

I have the adapter and the minishells, just been too busy (buying other guns) to test them. Unless the zombie apocalypse arrives, doubt I will need more ammo.
