Hello neighbor, I just bought a house last year but made sure to get out of Lane Co. due to the taxes. In Benton county now.

Smart getting out. Eugene has had mass apartment buildings go in. Roads are already packed and only going to get worse. To many people like me coming in from elsewhere. Looking forward to getting back to the sticks.
